Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship from our headquarters in the Chicago area. We are a small team and strive to process orders from within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently only ship domestically within the United States. Most orders are shipped through USPS and UPS, we'll be sure to send tracking details once your order has left our shop. Please note, once your order has shipped, yogaview cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kristin@yogaview.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that yoga mats, bath & body items, personal care and sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, you can contact us at kristin@yogaview.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like yoga mats, personal care goods (such as bath, body and beauty products) and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
